What is this blog?!?!?

After having worked with Google Blogger some in the past with motorcycle blogs, its time to take a stab with a tech blog and what better way to do so than to jump straight in with hosting my own WordPress blog.

My focus here will likely be spread across two areas: mobility (ie 802.11 wireless networking) and IPv6. Having worked recently for both Cisco and Aruba, I can’t just give up the wireless experience I gained there, and frankly there’s still a lot of exciting things to come from that side of networking. Similarly, since coming to Infoblox, IPv6 is another exciting “new” thing (ok, it’s not really all that new, just new in some of the momentum of late) that ultimately affects both wireless and wired networks.

This site let’s be cover both areas of interest that I’ve had over recent years: routing and switching, particular in the Data Center, and also wireless networking.

I hope you find the content interesting, and I welcome any constructive feedback, criticism, questions, and comments. You can follow me here, on Twitter at @CharlieClemmer or via the usual social networking sites such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google+.

Enjoy!
